Anatolia is an international biotechnology company that operates under ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and 98/79/EC Full Quality Assurance Systems.
Our main expertise is designing, developing and manufacturing Real-Time PCR kits, nucleic acid extraction kits and automated nucleic acid extraction instruments. With the integration of Real-Time PCR instruments, manufactured under Anatolia Geneworks® brand name Montania®, this focused enterprise is one of the very few companies in the world, with the ability to create turnkey solutions for Real-Time PCR applications with IVD CE certificated List A and List B pathogen detection kits including HBV, HCV, HDV, CMV and HIV-1.
Anatolia has been established by partners with decades of experience in molecular genetics, oncology, mechanical engineering, enviromental engineering and marketing. This interdisciplinary structure of the company is the key factor to create solution–oriented, efficient products for the people in a wide geography.
We collaborate with universities for its R&D projects and supported by TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey).
Our aim is to manufacture the highest quality products with reasonable prices. With Class 1000 laboratory for R&D and kit production via robotic liquid handlers, the high sensitivity, linearity and consistency of the products are guaranteed long before the strict quality controls according to ISO 13485:2005 and the requirements of Annex IV of the Directive 98/79/EC.
Anotolia’s high quality IVD-CE marked Bosphore® Real-Time PCR kits have sensitivities up to 3,6 IU/ml for HBV quantification and 8 IU/ml for HCV quantification with IVD–CE lot verification warranty. Our alternative Real-Time PCR kit brand Quantiphore® do not have the IVD-CE mark, but offer a similar performance for a lower price and presents a cost-effective solution against in-house designs or poor quality, cheap commercial kits.
With both IVD-CE marked Magnesia® extraction robots and Montania® Real-Time PCR instruments, all major equipments and kits for a research or diagnostic laboratory can be supplied by Anatolia Geneworks®. Both Bosphore® and Quantiphore® kits are also optimized for many different Real-Time PCR instruments and can be used with the existing equipments in the laboratories.
