Regulatory Advice Regulatory Advice Cross Healthcare Ltd has been granted both a Wholesale Dealers Licence (WL) and a Manufacturer’s/Importers Licence (MIA) by the United Kingdom Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). These licences allow Cross Healthcare Ltd to wholesale pharmaceuticals and repack parallel EU imported stock for which they are named as an assembler on the individual product licence.
