Autoclave Steam Indicator tape is also known as light Yellow indicator tape. These indicator tapes have stripes that changes colour from yellow to dark brown or black when it passes through steam sterilization Cycle.

The sterilization cycle consists of 18 to 22 minutes of exposure to a temperature of 1210 c or 5 to 7 minutes of exposure to a temperature of 1340C).
