Chlamydia Trachomatis DNA Quantitative Fluorescence Diagnostic Kit (PCR-Fluorescence Probing)

The diagnostic kit contains a rapid nucleic acid lysis buffer which accelerate viral particles lysis and CT-DNA release from samples. A pair of CT specific primers has been applied in real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR method which targeted at a conserved regions in CT genome with a specific fluorescence probe and PCR mix, CT quantification result can be detected by reading fluorescent signal concomitantly. A UNG enzyme + dUTP contamination-proof system has been presented in this kit., which reduce contaminations risk by degrading possible unpleasure products through reaction. . An internal control has been used in this PCR detection system , which monitors PCR inhibitors in amplification reaction, this control can avoid false negative result.
