MODU-FLEX modular Carts & Trolleys with Roller Shutter

Our MODU-FLEX carts with roller shutter are entirely made of epoxy coated aluminium and are available in heights of  90cm, 105 cm, 150 cm and 185 cm and in widths of 40, 60, en 2x40 cm. The rolling front can be provided with a key lock or an electronic code lock. The inside is equipped with modular liners that have an insertion interval of 40 mm, so modules of 5, 10 en 20 cm deep can be put inside. The modules can be placed in horizontal, slant and tilt position inside the carts.

The MODU-FLEX accessory clamps offer multiple possibilities to easily attach various accessories to the carts: push handles, accessory rails, extension units, waste bag holders, risk waist container, IV pole, accessory frames, laptop holder, etc.

By default, our MODU-FLEX carts have 4 double swivel castors of 100 mm diameter on dustproof ball bearings, 2 of them with brake. A version with two swivel castors and two fixed castors is also available. Swivel castors with directional lock are also a possibility. 

The default colour is white. For a small extra cost, the aluminium panels can also be supplied in the colours blue, red, yellow, green, grey and purple. At an additional charge, all RAL colours can be supplied for the aluminium panels.

On demand, the carts are available in a water-resistant version, suitable for cleaning and disinfection in tunnel washers. Custom made editions with different requirements can be produced at the request of the customer.

The worktops of our MODU-FLEX carts are available in different materials: HPL, epoxy coated steel, stainless steel and plastic. They are available with raised edges on the 3 sides, or completely flat and can be installed directly on the carts or floating with 4 accessory clamps.
