NOVAIR MEDICAL VACUUM SYSTEMS

NOVAIR medical vacuum systems are marked CE - Medical device, Class IIa and are compliant with standard EN ISO 7396-1 and HTM 026-01. More about our quality standards

Several configurations are available : 

Horizontal: pumps and monitoring box are mounted on the vacuum tank 

Vertical: pumps and monitoring box are mounted on a vertical frame

Modular: each pump is mounted on an individual frame on the ground

NOVAIR standard medical vacuum systems are composed of 1 to 4 high efficiency vacuum pumps with lubricated rotary vanes. 

Power : 0.37 to 11 kW
Flow : 12 to 536 m3/h
Vacuum level: -998 à -999.5 mbar

Closed loop forced lubrication, direct driven motor, IP 55 and elastic coupling, high efficiency oil vapor filter -Easy and limited maintenance : evacuation (¼ turn vane set up on the pumps) and separator replacement only. 

Storage : tanks

 

  

NOVAIR medical vacuum systems are composed of one or several vacuum tank(s), depending on the station capacity.  Considering the installation constraints, the tanks can be horizontal and bear the vacuum pumps, or vertical.

They come with a vacuum gauge and isolating vanes. 

Monitoring : the CPU controller

  

The CPU controller developed by NOVAIR ensures the monitoring and operating control of the vacuum station, and the management and report of default alarms.

Bacteriological filtration

 

This is a major component of NOVAIR medical vacuum systems : it ensures the filtration of the aspiration coming from the healthcare facility network, in order to strain bacterias and residual condensates, according toe standard EN ISO 7396-1.
