SAM 12 - SURGICAL SUCTION UNIT – STATIC or MOBILE OPTIONS
The SAM 12 is MGE's general all round electric suction unit combines high vacuum and high flow performance, making it the preferred choice in general ward, accident and emergency and minor operating theatres. The unit can be stand alone, mounted on a bedside trolley or be fitted with a handle and wheels for easy mobility (shown in image).
As standard the unit is supplied with MGE's SAM 2 2lt collection jar but can also be offered fitted with most leading brands of disposable liner systems (Vacsax, Serres, Cardinal, Hospira as well as many others). The SAM 12 is capable of a maximum of 650mmHg, fully variable suction and a flow rate of 30 l/min. The SAM 12 is fitted with an oil-free diaphragm pump, with permanently lubricated bearings to ensure low maintenance and quiet operation.
All SAM units also use the MGE disposable hydrophobic or bacterial filters to give maximum protection.
