Skin Expansion-System (Mesher)

Skin sections that before were gathered with the Dermatome, are fine perforated using the Mesher together with a Mesh Board, so the skin can be protracted in with, like a chain-link fence. The enhanced surface of the Skin example spares the patient further skin removals. The intermediate spaces of the grafted and meshed skin builds up at the healing process of the skin.
