SYSTAAQ HCV REAL TIME PCR KIT

The SYSTAAQ HCV Real Time PCR kit, for in vitro use, is intended for the nucleic acid amplification of the 5’NCR region of the Hepatitis genome in human serum or plasma. The reaction is performed by means of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in a Real Time PCR. SYSTAAQ HCV Real Time PCR Kits use external standards to obtain quantitative results and contains an internal control to monitor the RNA isolation and amplification.
