Instructions/dosage:
Twist the over-cap to the bottom to free the powder. 
Shake until well blended. 
Untwist the over-cap, pull it out and drink, alone or diluted in water or juice. 
Take 1 vial per day before breakfast. 
3 consumed boxes followed by 1-month rest period
