Bosphore HDV Real-Time PCR Kit

Bosphore® HDV Quantification-Detection Kit v1 Bosphore HDV Real-Time PCR Kits have been IVD CE marked according to the Directive 98/79/EC.  

Bosphore  HDV Quantification-Detection Kits contain 4 quantitation standards.

Kits detect and quantitate the Hepatitis D Virus RNA in human plasma or serum, encompassing all HDV genotypes (1-8).  

The linear range of quantitation is 1x102 copies/ml to 1x108 copies/ml and the sensitivity is 45 copies/ml.  

A region within the structural antigen gene is amplified and fluorescence detection is accomplished using FAM filter.

The internal control is added either in the extraction or in the Real-Time PCR step.  

The kits are provided as packages of 25 reactions, 50 reactions and 100 reactions.
