For long-term and hygienic plasma and samples preservation, and to minimize bacterial growth. ‘Frozen’ means to transfer the fluid inside plasma/sample to ice crystal. Therefore, preserving plasma/samples in the low temperature environment which penetrate the plasma/samples and make its centre low down to -40°C rapidly, that is blast freeze. Blast freezer can freeze plasma/sample in high speed, with optimal freezing efficiency and temperature uniformity in all plasma bags, and to get best recovering of proteins and coagulation factors after fractionation. Temperature pull down rate from ambient +28°C to -40°C within 20 minutes.
