The GeneSystems Platform© provides an integrated infrastructure for bioinformatic analysis of sequences from NGS platforms that makes all of the data analysis process automatic.

It allows for personalised screening for targeted resequencing thanks to the potency of the filters included in each annotation column. Its flexible interface provides predefined screening models and allows for the design of personal filters, which can be saved and shared, standardising the diagnosis algorithm.
