ORCHA Pro-Account

The ORCHA Pro-Account is the key to embedding and integrating digital health into day-to-day care delivery. A Pro-Account provides all the tools and support required for professionals to interact safely and effectively with ORCHA's digital health solutions, as well as providing health and care organisations and systems with the ability to monitor, manage and govern all elements of the digital health integration lifecycle. 

As the core building block for individual professionals, and the organisations and systems they work for and in, the Pro-Accounts deliver a range of features and functions that enable a professional to effectively and efficiently find and recommend (or prescribe) digital health solutions to their clients or patients. The Pro-Accounts include an augmented AppFinder search component, which enables health and care professionals to search for refined solutions that match the specific characteristics of their client or patient.

The Pro-Account offers a variety of ways to quickly find and recommend ORCHA’s digital health solutions, including functions such as: Favourites, Recently Recommended, quick search and the advanced search features. Professionals can also choose to share links to app Reviews, rather than recommending an app directly. There are options to integrate this or the recommend/prescribe feature to patient record systems to automatically recommend certain solutions to all relevant clients or patients within a particular record set.

ORCHA’s Pro-Account feature provides a full audit trail of all these transactions and, where the recipient client or patient consents, will also show whether the recommendation has been acted upon. The Pro-Account provides a range of analytics and insights relating to the Professional’s activity in relation to the rest of their organisation or the wider ORCHA community.
