•TRUPCR® Beta Thalassemia Kit detects 6 mutations- IVSI-1 (G>A), IVSI-6 (T>C), IVSII-1 (G>A), IVSI-110 (G>A),IVSII-745 (C>G)  and sickle cell mutant in a single assay.

•Wild type and mutant real-time PCR master mix for each sample for the identification of either heterozygous or homozygous mutation.

•Kit covers entire molecular workflow solutions and is extensively validated on wide variety of clinical specimens

•Internal control included to avoid false-negative results.
