•TRUPCR® Kits for Tuberculosis is CE IVD marked according to the Directive 98/79/EC.

•TRUPCR® Kits for Tuberculosis  include TRUPCR® MTB Kit, TRUPCR® MTBC Once step Nested Kit, TRUPCR® Rifampicin Resistance MTB Kit and TRUPCR® Rif/INH Resistant MTB Kit.

•For detection of MDR, seven different probes are used each of which binds to a different target segment within the rpoB core region, katG gene and promoter region of inhA gene.

•Highly sensitive assay due to one step, single tube nested PCR format.

•Internal control included to avoid false-negative results.

•Limit of detection (LOD) is at the level of 10 CFU/ml.

•Kit covers entire molecular workflow solutions and is extensively validated on wide variety of clinical specimens with certified reference materials along with complementary software analysis tool.
