•TRUPCR® JAK-2 Mutation Detection kit is CE IVD marked according to the Directive 98/79/EC.

•TRUPCR® JAK-2 Mutation Detection kit is an allelic discrimination real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay for qualitative detection of V617F mutation in JAK-2 (Janus Kinase 2) gene against a background of wild-type genomic DNA.

•The test allows highly sensitive site-specific detection of less than 1% mutant sequence copies in a background of 99% wild-type DNA.

•Kit covers entire molecular workflow solutions and is extensively validated on wide variety of clinical specimens with certified reference materials along with complementary software analysis tool.

•The test is available with 1% reference standard, a third party cut-off control for accurate reporting of mutation detected.

•High specificity due to site-specific special probes utilized in the reaction.
